Good Health Starts with Good Habits!
At TECH PARK, children learn to build healthy habits like proper hand washing and gargling.
Illnesses like influenza and stomach flu can be caught even outside of their main seasons. To fight off these sorts of infectious diseases, it's important to make a habit of regular hand washing and gargling.
While washing your hands and gargling may seem very simple, there are a few finer points to consider. In this blog post, we'll use some posters and illustrations to simply explain the proper way to do each!

By taking these steps to heart, we can fight off infections and diseases!
Make sure to gargle every time you come in from outside!
1. Get some water in your mouth
2. Gargle for 15 seconds.
3. Look upwards so the water gets to the back of your mouth and gargle for another 15 seconds.

Some of you may be thinking, "that's it?!", but according to one study, people who gargled were 40% less likely to catch a cold compared to those who did not.
